ParcelGB provides courier booking services and selected ecommerce product delivery through third-party carriers and fulfilment partners.

Courier Labels

Delivery and transit times shown at booking are estimates unless a guaranteed service is explicitly selected. Final delivery performance depends on the selected carrier, the destination, customs processing where applicable, and conditions outside reasonable control.

Ecommerce Products

Products purchased through the ParcelGB shop are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days unless a different lead time is stated on the product page.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. ParcelGB is not responsible for delays, return charges or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be made available through the website or the selected carrier service.
