For safety, legal and regulatory reasons, certain items cannot be shipped via ParcelGB. It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure shipments comply with UK law and carrier restrictions.

Strictly Prohibited (Not Accepted)

• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Firearms, ammunition, explosives and fireworks
• Offensive weapons
• Flammable liquids and gases (including petrol, solvents, gas canisters)
• Toxic, corrosive or hazardous chemicals
• Infectious substances or medical waste
• Counterfeit goods and stolen goods
• Currency, bearer instruments and negotiable items (service dependent)
• Live animals (unless specialist service)

Commonly Restricted (Carrier Approval May Be Required)

• Lithium batteries and battery-powered devices
• Perfume, aftershave and aerosols (flammable contents)
• Alcohol and liquids (service dependent)
• Paints, adhesives and pressurised containers
• High-value jewellery, antiques, artwork
• Perishable food and temperature-sensitive items
