Refund Policy – Courier Labels

Courier label purchases are generally non-refundable once a label has been generated, downloaded, scanned, collected, or otherwise used.

Possible Refund Review

Where a booking has not yet been used and no collection has taken place, ParcelGB may review a refund request at its discretion, subject to carrier rules and any non-refundable booking costs already incurred.

Ineligible Refund Situations

  • Used labels
  • Completed or attempted collections
  • Incorrect details supplied by the customer
  • Carrier surcharges caused by misdeclared size, weight, or contents

Nothing in this policy affects statutory rights where applicable.
