For ecommerce products sold through the ParcelGB shop, customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving goods, subject to applicable consumer law and the conditions below.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and in a resaleable condition
• Items should be returned in original packaging where reasonably possible
• Proof of purchase may be required

Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
